By accessing or using Next2Respond ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Overview of the Service

Next2Respond connects individuals seeking volunteer opportunities with organizations looking for volunteers. The App allows:

• Individuals to create accounts and submit volunteer applications
• Organizations to manage applications, profiles, and outreach campaigns

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Next2Respond, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts and Authentication

Authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Upload viruses or malicious code

Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., applications, profiles, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and share it as necessary to operate the App.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide. We are not responsible for content created by users.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next2Respond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App or other users.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
